SUMMARY:
There's nothing brief here! And there's not even any content! This is the eavesdropping of memories about I did, interrupted from time to time by the voices of reason (children's voices). I tried to cleanse this play of everything externally dramatic - which can be pointed at (on stage), and to leave only that which is internally dramatic - that which can be (but does not have to be) felt. Perhaps I only retold Ivana Brlić-Mažuranić's story How Potjeh Searched for the Truth, but perhaps I never intended to do even that.

BIOGRAPHY:

Marijana Fumić (Vukovar, 1973) studied a bit of architecture, but a lot of dramaturgy for a long time at the ADA in Zagreb. Her drama The Romeo of a Juliet; the Juliet of a Romeo... won her the University of Zagreb Chancellor's Prize in 1997. Everything she has written is important - to her...
