BIOGRAPHY:
Hrvoje Barbir - Barba was born in Ploče in 1961. He studied law in Mostar and Banja Luka. He has had five books of poetry published. A war veteran, he is a member of the Croatian Writers' Association and the Croatian Centre of ITI-UNESCO. His first play Telemah won third prize in the Marin Držić Drama Competition, organised by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Croatia, and the play was published in the Glumište [Playhouse] theatre magazine (Issue No. 1/1.998).
